Happy Valentine to all!
I have no plans today because I don't have any dates with a guy or gal. Moreover, I hate going out today because there will be lots of couples together on the streets. This makes me feel jealous but envy.
Probably I feel like that is because I don't have a boyfriend now. I am not desperate for one. I am still waiting for the right one to appear.
Well, I don't want to talk much about it. Let all couples have their time now.

Today is my last day of poly life. I have met many wonderful people and learnt many things from my lecturers and friends.
I went to school at 1600 because I need to print supporting documents for my university application. Also, I need to print my resume, cover letter and poster/flyers. When all was done, it was 1630, my friends sat at the concourse area to practice for our CCOM interview at 1700. All of us were very nervous. We heard from our friends and classmates that some of the interviewer is strict while some was not. Then we proceed to the waiting area at 1655. My heart were pumping so hard and my hands started to shiver. There were a few of our classmates outside. We took the opportunity to ask them how was their interview as they went in before us. One of them took us that the interview was very strict as when she compare with her friends she didn't do well. (BTW she got 15/20). Then all of us started to panic. This is because she was a better speaker than all of us. If she gets only 15, then we will not get that high easily.
Soon after chatting and practicing, it is my turn - first person in the 1700 slot. I was so nervous that my mind went blank for a moment. The interview greet me and I returned it.
She started by asking me about the company/agent. I was stunned. I didn't researched on the agent at all as I thought company was more important. Hence, I just answered how a job agent should operate. Then she asked the number of company, I just anyhow answered it by saying that there are a few internationally. Soon she start asking about headhunter and I was like "huh". It was like a totally unrelated to the job advertisement. Luckily, I managed to turn her attention to the job I wanted -- payroll officer. After that she asked me everything that is related to the job such as what is the job about, why did you choose this job, how can you manage stress in the fast paced environment, give evidence on you achievements, etc. All these I could answer smoothly even though there was some pauses at some moments. The last question she asked was is there anything you would like to say about the job. By that time, my brain was about to explore. I wanted to tell her that everyone in the company must be able to work together. However, the words didn't come out the way I want to and she misinterpret it. I just said yes to her misunderstanding as I wanted to leave the room. She just give some advice about the job. Before I left the room she commented that I have a good interpersonal skills and she liked the way I answered her questions - with confident. Overall, she said, "you are suitable for the job."
I was so happy. Outside, I called the next person which is Joyce. After that my friends started asking me questions. I told them what I remembered. Then they asked me about their results. I didn't checked after I left the room. When I checked it, I was double happy. I got 16/20, more than the classmate we chatted just now. I didn't expect to get so much as my aim was 13 or 14. But anyway, I learnt a lot from CCOM.
I have to stop here as I need to sleep. Tomorrow, I still need to decide on what course I wanna take in University.
P.s. I am applying for SMU, NUS and NTU.

On the way to grandfather houseChinese new year is usually quite boring for my family. Every year, we will visit my grandfather. After that we might go to Hong Bao River. If not, we will just drive around Singapore.
Taking Pictures in the car.
This year, we only visit our grandfather. 2 of my relatives went overseas. Hence only my family and another relative were at my grandfather's place in the early afternoon. About 1445, my relative left to visit their friends and relatives. We stay for a while before we went to the nearby coffee shop for lunch. After that, we could not decide where to go. Many shops are close on the new year. We had a few in mind but could not make the decision. In the end, we decided to go to Sentosa to see the flowers.
Resting at grandfather house. When we reach Keppel Road, there was a long queue of vehicle. We knew that it will take very long just to enter Sentosa. Therefore, we went to Vivocity to take the Monorail. We did not expect to see so many people at Vivocity. The worst was the queue for the monorail to Sentosa. I was so lazy to queue just to enter Sentosa. Hence, we just hang around Vivocity.
On the way to Sentosa, we see the Singapore Flyer. There are some shops that were open such as Forever 21 and I.P. Zone. My family went to Earle's Swensens for desserts. My mother and I shared White Chocolate Blondie (sizzling pan), my sister ordered Chocolate Crunch, my brother ordered Cookie Summit and my dad ordered Ice Cappuccino. We found out from the information desk before we starting shopping that there is a membership card. If a customer spends S$50 and above, he/she will get rebate from their car park fee. Hence, my dad told us to buy one more item from any shop in Vivocity so that the total will be >S$50.

(From Left) Vivocity view. 3 siblings together. So we went to I.P. Zone to check out. In the end, my sister bought a black T-shirt for S$6 and my bro bought a shirt at S$34. My dad sign up for the membership card, thinking that the car park ticket will be free. However, he didn't know that S$50 of goods is worth of S$1 of parking fee. The parking fee exceed the amount he accumulated so he has to pay an extra of S$0.30. He got quite angry for a while as he thought it was free and the customer service staff didn't tell him properly.

From Left: Receipts of Earle's Swensens and Membership card for VivocityWe left Vivocity for Changi Airport Terminal 3. This is because there is nothing much to shop at Vivocity and we have lots of time to spare. We toured T3 for a while before having dinner at Kopitiam. The food was expensive. One plate of Ayam Penket cost S$5 and a puri set cost S$3. My bro showed tantrum because he wanted to eat at Secret Recipe while the rest want to eat something simple. In the end, we had to drive to Simpang Bedok just to buy Bee Hoon Goreng Pattaya for him. The place was so packed. There were many tables which haven't received their food. We have to wait for 1/2 hour just for one dish. It was very tiring.

At Changi Airport Terminal 3.By the time we reach home, it was almost 2200. The whole was kinda average. I was also wondering why are there so many people outside. I thought they would be at home entertaining guests.
Well I hope everyone is enjoying their Chinese New Year. I wish everyone good health and wealth. May all their dreams come true!

Firstly, Wishing everyone Xin Nian Kuai Le.
I bought new clothes from BEGA @ Century Square. I bought a new skirt and 2 blouses (See receipt picture). I had to exchange on of the blouses because they gave me the wrong size. When I went back to exchange, there is no more smaller size, so I had to find another blouses. In the end I exchange the white blouse seen in the picture. The skirt was bought at OG Orchard a few months ago. I think it cost about S$ 40++. The red heels was bought at John Little Expo Sale @ Singapore Expo. It cost S$9.90. I am carrying handbag on my right hand (seen in the picture). I wore this bag during Hari Raya too. This is my 2nd time using the bag. It is too expensive to wear for shopping, so I only use it on special occasions.
Below is a picture of my new bed sheets. It is purple in colour. I am blogging about my new bed sheets because I want to make my sister jealous. LOL..... This is her favourite colour and I am using it first. Haha....

That is all I have to say about new stuff for the new year. Have a wonderful day.

Chinese Tea
Plate, fock and spoons given.
2nd dish: fish. Lots of green chili padi but not very spicy.
Next: Honey chicken. The outer layer was very crispy and juicy.
Butter Oats Prawns. Everyone loves the oats. The plate was nearly empty when we finished. Also, the shell of the prawns was soft, when it was hot, and easy to chew.
Fish Maw Soup. Each of us is given one. It was not taken yourselves in the bowl.
Additional dish: Sambal Kang Kong. This is because my family loves kang kong.
Yam Basket. This is my first time trying this. I say that it is ok.
Pineapple Rice (Below - in yellow). I couldn't manage to take the picture of it as everyone has taken their share when the dish reach to me.
Broccoli with Scallop. The scallop is at the bottom of the picture. Nothing special about this dish.
There were 3 different types of desserts. This one is the red ruby. Not very nice as the ruby is frozen. The other 2 dishes were longan and alomond jelly.Yesterday, only my family, Clarice's family and my grandfather have reunion dinner together. My aunt and another uncle went overseas because of the long weekend. We went to Segar Restaurant for dinner. It is located at opposite Bedok Interchange, near Macdonald.
A booking was needed and there were 3 slots to choose from -- 1730, 1900 or 2030. My dad found out that the 2030 slot was fully booked so he booked the next available slot, i.e. 1900. We have to reach the place before 1700 and leave before 2030 because of the 2030 slot.
The first dish was yu sheng, a common dish during the Chinese New Year. (Sorry no pic). The interval between each dishes was kinda messy. The 2nd dish was fish. I was shocked at first as usually we get the vegetables and rice first. The next dish was honey chicken. I just take the first 2 dishes and put it on the plate. I just eat a little of the 2, but keep most of them, so that I can eat it with the rice. However, the next dish was the prawns. I took 3 prawns and lots of oats. When the pineapple rice arrived, I just took some as there was lots of food on my plate. After that the rest of the dish arrived -- broccoli, kang kong, fish maw soup and yam. I was so full at the end of all the main course.
During the dining, my father and uncle were quite piss with the poor customer service. There is one when we need to other drinks. Also, there was a moment when the pineapple rice was so late. They keep calling the manager or staff to voice their opinion. If I was them, I will not say anything and just wait for my food. This is because it is Chinese New Year Eve and they are working overtime. They have to hurry most of the time to serve all the customers well. Also they need to work at a tough situation whereby all the customers need to have their dinner finish and clear the tables before 2030. I pity the workers but praise for their great effort.
Our reunion dinner ended at 2030. There was lots of people waiting outside. We exchange goodies and went home. There is no where else to go as every store is close for reunion dinner except for some non-Chinese stalls.
Overall, the dinner was average. I hope next year reunion dinner will be different and also for my other 2 relatives to join us.
Wishing all a HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR! Gong Xi Fa Cai (
恭喜發財).
